Account & Data Deletion Options

In accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play policy guidelines, Jamtrackd provides all users with straightforward options to delete their account and associated data.

Option 1: In-App Account Deletion (Instant)

You can delete your account directly from within the Jamtrackd mobile app at any time:

• Open the Jamtrackd app on your device.
• Navigate to Profile > Settings > Delete Account.
• Confirm deletion. Your account, profile info, posts, and data will be permanently purged immediately.

Option 2: Submit a Web Data Request Form

If you no longer have access to the app, you can submit a deletion or data access request using the form below:
