Jamtrackd End User License Agreement & Terms of Service

JAMTRACKD END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

By downloading, installing, or using the Jamtrackd application or website, you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the application.

1. Objectionable Content Policy

Jamtrackd maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content. Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sexually explicit material or pornographic content;
  • Obscene, defamatory, libellous, slanderous, violent and/or unlawful content or profanity;
  • Content that infringes upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary right;
  • Content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or the use or sale of illegal substances or weapons;
  • Gambling, deceptive, or fraudulent content.

2. User Conduct

Users may not threaten, harass, impersonate, or abuse other users. Jamtrackd is a community for music lovers to share their thoughts and experiences. Any behavior that undermines this positive environment is strictly prohibited.

3. Moderation and Enforcement

Jamtrackd reserves the right to review, monitor, and moderate all user-generated content. Any user who violates these terms will have their content removed immediately and their account suspended or terminated within 24 hours of a reported violation.

4. Reporting and Blocking

Users can report any objectionable content or abusive users via the "Report" button found on all posts and comments. Users can also block any other user to prevent further interaction and remove that user's content from their feed instantly.

5. Intellectual Property

Jamtrackd and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Jamtrackd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Music metadata, album covers, and audio previews are property of their respective owners and streaming provider partners (Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer).

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
